Owing scripts

Scripts authorised in the moment — phoned through, given after hours — whose signed paper does not exist yet. Each row is a legal document still owed to a pharmacy by a date. Print the script, or settle it with how the paper actually went. The due date is the one recorded when the script was marked owing; the statutory window differs by state.
