Care plan templates
What a plan for a common condition starts from: the practice’s own conditions, goals, actions and services, copied onto a new draft for the clinician to check, keep or take off. Save one from any plan with “Save as template” on the plan page, or write one here. Curaeon ships none.

A template is offered only for plans of its own kind, and only while active. Plans already opened from a retired template are unchanged. Patients
Import reads a file in Curaeon’s own template format — the one Download all saves. Best Practice’s XML export and MedicalDirector’s templates cannot be read yet: neither documents how a template is laid out.
